Two Honors Recitals October 9th

A CYM Honors Recital provides an opportunity for students to reach a refined level of poise, musicianship, and preparation, and for audience members to celebrate their dedication. There are many CYM concerts and events available – opportunities for every type of music student – an Honors Recital is for those students who want to see how far they can push themselves and how high they can reach with their level of music-making.

On October 9th starting at 6:30 and again at 7:00 pm, CYM will feature two Honors Recitals of 5 performers at each concert. Both will be held at the music school’s location in Sewickley, and will include a small audience.  All instruments are welcome.  Student participation requires teacher approval — once it has been determined that the interested student has reached the level of polish and their music has been memorized, the teacher will share instructions on how to sign up to play.
