CYM’s Music Advocate Program is a comprehensive development experience that transforms talented young musicians into confident advocates who use their gifts to improve lives in their communities. Instead of music becoming another obligation, it becomes a young person’s purpose. The program works through three progressive levels, each building essential life skills alongside musical growth.

Students will learn to become reliable musical volunteers and develop consistency and service habits while performing for communities they are new to. They learn to comfortable discuss the impact of music on health and well-being. Certificates are earned by completing coursework, music projects, and participating in community performances.
