“Lights On” – a Three Day Celebration with Pittsburgh’s Cultural Trust

After a long season of dark theaters and quiet streets, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust opens the doors of the downtown Pittsburgh venues and galleries, kicking-off the post-pandemic return of live performances. Free outdoor performances and exhibitions are open to the public from Thursday, September 9 through Saturday, September 11.

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Pittsburgh Ballet, Civic Light Opera, and many independent music groups will share stages with comedians, and visual artists have installed shows in downtown galleries. Safety protocols remain in place.

We are excited to share this colorful occasion with the CYM community and hope that the series inspires creativity and offers energy to open a new season of music and meaningful connections.

More information about the events can be found at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s website.
