Congratulations to two students in Ryan Ash’s musical care who performed recitals this past Thursday…
Ryan shares, “Rosa completed her Cello Book 4 Graduation Recital with all the works included! Book 4 introduces charming, longer pieces with quick and daring changes of mood. Karen Sezer also completed her Piano Book 1 Graduation Recital; Karen added several favorite works to this concert from outside the Suzuki repertoire which made for a wonderful concert. A graduation recital is a capstone to nearly a year‘s worth of work–a snapshot of pieces and techniques that become part of the student’s permanent musical vocabulary–performed for fellow students, friends, and family. It’s time to celebrate the view at this milepost, and best wishes for all the performances to come!”
