Woman Crush Wednesday 5/12!

It’s Woman Crush Wednesay! Today, we are highlighting the career of English composer, keyboardist, conductor, and pop musician Anne Dudley! Ms. Dudley has worked as a film composer and also was a member of the band Art of Noise. Dudley has also won an Oscar for Best Original Musical or Comedy Score for The Full Monty, and she was the music producer, arranger, and even composer for some music in the 2012 movie Les Misérables.

Dudley has compiled a long list of notable collaborators including  Frankie Goes to HollywoodSealMarc AlmondRod StewartRobbie Williams, Sting, Tom Jones, and, more recently, Siphiwo. She was also the musical director for Bill Bailey‘s Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra which had some more unique pieces such as the Nokia theme tune and a french horn concerto evolving into the theme from Coronation Street.
